What is best way to plan a trip to Kauai this fall?

markatger asked:

Is to late to get a good price on airplane tickets and a good place to stay? I have never been to Hawaii.

I would have to say that some very basic yet important issues need to be addressed in order to simply your search for air/accomodations in Hawaii(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):

1-How many are going? For how long?
2-Perhaps a general departure and return date?
    3-All-inclusive?(Best value) Air/Hotel only?

Before I continue I’d like to give you an idea of the differences between “all-inclusive” and a simple Air/Resort package. “All-inclusive” generally includes: air, accomodations, the Resort’s food and drink, most activities, and transfers. On the other hand, simple Air/Resort packages are just that. What you normally get in the price is: air, accomodations, and transfers.

If you’re looking to simply save money, then an “all-inclusive” will work the best for you. If you want to discover the local culture, eat food and have drink outside the Resort, then a simple Air/Resort package should do the trick. It’s all in your priorities. If you could kindly either call, email me at:, or reach me through Yahoo Messenger, we can research which “all-inclusives” or Air/Resort packages on Kauai or the other Hawaiian Islands are within your Travel budget and your proposed timeframe.

Its not too late to plan a trip this fall to Hawaii. I would suggest using a travel agency such as ourselves to plan your vacation. We have several top suppliers and we verify price with at least three top suppliers to see who has the best value. We offer free consultations, free quotes, fee free bookings. If you are interested in working with us please contact us via email or visit our website at bctravelcompany.com where you can find additional contact information such as our toll free number and request a quote. If you decide to research some packages within our site I would recommend Apple Vacations. Again once you request a quote we will check our other suppliers for the same package to see who is offering the best value.
Another great option for seeing Hawaii is a cruise where you visit several of the islands during your vacation and all your food and basic drinks are included when your on the ship. We can research all these options for you and find you the best value and there is no additional cost to you and we do not mark up our suppliers prices for our services. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

I planned a week trip to Kauai a couple of years ago, bought tickets through Orbitz, and a condo through kauaivacationrentals.com. They have houses, condos & cottages all over the island at different rates. I highly recommend them. Have fun!
